Choosing Sweet Water Midwifery (SWM) is an investment in your health and your future. When you commit your time and resources here, you’re taking the driver’s seat in your own care. We’re here to make sure that your investment leads to the empowered, healthy experience you deserve.
The Investment Plans
Rates are currently locked in at these amounts for our first groups of clients!
* Midwifery Care (Special Launch Rate): $5, 600 (Available for the first 11 clients).
* Collaborative Care + Labor Support: $4,850 (Up to 8 hours; available for the next 5 clients).
* Collaborative Care Only: $4,650 (Includes prenatal and postpartum care)
What’s Included?
Your investment covers the "whole package" of care:
* Full Prenatal and Labor
* Postpartum care for an entire year (12 months).
* Newborn exams and birth supplies.
* Bonus: Free infant developmental screenings through Nestling Therapy Services until your child is 5 years old.
Ways to Pay
We want to make this work for you. While insurance doesn't cover our services directly (they may cover some outside labs), we offer:
* Flexible Payment Plans: Tailored to your budget.
* Finance Options: Use CareCredit or PayPal (heads up: extra fees may apply).
* HSA/FSA: We happily accept these!
* Bartering: Have a skill like plumbing, carpentry, or professional services? Let’s chat about a trade.
The Fine Print (Extra Costs)
* Third-Party Fees: Labs, ultrasounds, genetic testing, and newborn screens are separate costs.
* Birth Assistant: Birth isn’t a one-person job. This adds a trained assistant to your birth for extra support, safety, and peace of mind.
* Travel: If you live 30+ miles away, a $250 travel fee plus mileage ($0.25/mile) applies. Flights/lodging are required for long-distance births.
* Future Births: Your rate stays the same for future births with us unless your income changes or the cost of supplies goes up.
