3. Comprehensive Maternity Program

Securing Your Curated Care
We want you here. Because we strictly limit our calendar to guarantee you unhurried, highly personalized care and dedicated on-call support for your birth attention, we require a 20% Non-Refundable Onboarding & Calendar Retainer to officially secure your due date.
From there, we have plenty of ways to make the math work for your remaining balance:
Stress-Free Payment Plans: We divide your remaining balance into predictable monthly installments, fully payable by 36 weeks.
HSA & FSA Accepted: Yes! You can use your pre-tax health savings dollars here. It’s like getting an automatic discount.
Financing: Need more time? We accept CareCredit and PayPal. (Note: These third-party services charge a small transaction fee.)
Barter & Trade: Money isn't the only currency we accept. In special cases, we are open to partial barter arrangements for specific goods or services (e.g., farm goods, professional trade skills).

1. The Safety Bridge (OBGYN Visit)
The Why: We require one OBGYN visit to build a hospital connection for your "Plan B."
Hospital Care: If a transfer is needed, facility and transport costs are handled by the hospital.
The Cost: Clinical visits and hospital care are paid to the providers directly with your health insurance.
2. Clinical Safety & Cellular Nourishment
Medical Support: This includes RhoGAM, IV fluids, or antibiotics (if clinically needed).
Cellular Health: Required herbs and supplements build your baby’s foundation.
Secure Testing: We require routine labs and two safety ultrasounds.
VIP Perk: In-home 16-20 week diagnostic ultrasounds are included for our VIP clients.
3. Labor Day & Home Comforts
Essentials: You provide "home comforts" like towels, sheets, and blankets.
Water Birth: A small investment for your personal tub liner and hose.
Team Fuel: You provide snacks to keep our birth team energized and focused.
4. Travel & Specialist Care
Travel Investment: For visits over 50 miles, a standard mileage rate ($0.725/mile) and an overnight hotel fee will apply. This ensures I can be well-rested, safely on-call in your area.
Specialists: Experts like chiropractors (may be covered by insurance) are paid directly for their care.
